Start with an initial evaluation

Every new patient is evaluated in person by Dr. Slava Fuzayloff, DO — board-certified in Internal Medicine, 25+ years in practice. Your visit includes a symptom review, exam, and in-office blood draw. Labs return in a few business days, and your plan is completed the day results arrive. No treatment starts without proper testing.

Is TRT covered by insurance?

Often, yes — when medically necessary. Insurers typically require low testosterone confirmed by two morning blood tests plus documented symptoms; many plans require prior authorization.

you pay your copay, deductible, or coinsurance; labs covered.

Why testosterone therapy costs more here than online

Online

Online clinics run on volume and limited physician involvement.

Here

Here, the same physician who evaluates you in person monitors and adjusts your treatment over time.

You're paying for supervision and long-term outcomes — not just a prescription.
