Testosterone injections are a prescription treatment for men with low testosterone (low T). The medicine is injected on a regular schedule to bring your levels back to a normal range, which can help with energy, sex drive, mood, and muscle. Injections are the most common and most cost-effective form of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).
Most testosterone is given as testosterone cypionate, a long-acting form. It can be injected two ways:
Intramuscular (IM)
— into the muscle, usually the thigh or glute.
Subcutaneous (subQ)
— into the fat just under the skin, using a smaller needle. Many men find subQ easier and less painful.
Both work. Dr. Fuzayloff decides which is right for you and sets your dose based on your labs and symptoms — not a fixed protocol.

You have two options:
Inject at home.
We teach you exactly how at your visit. Most men inject once a week and find it quick and nearly painless after the first time.
Come in for your shots.
If you'd rather not self-inject, we can give the injection in-office.
Either way, you're supervised by the doctor and monitored with regular bloodwork.
In-person exam with Dr. Fuzayloff and a review of your symptoms and history.
Blood draw in the office to check your testosterone and related levels.
Labs come back in a few business days.
Your plan is finished the day results arrive — including whether injections are right for you and your starting dose.
New patients are seen in person only.
The $175 evaluation is one flat fee, and the doctor examines you himself — no nurse, no video visit.
Your initial evaluation is $175. That covers the exam and decision on whether TRT will help — it does not include labs or medication.
Labs without insurance start around $91. Labs are covered by any insurance, even if we don't take your plan.
Medication is bought separately from a pharmacy and is usually paid cash.
Ongoing care runs through membership:

follow-ups every 8–12 weeks, dose adjustments, prescription management, ongoing physician supervision.
